Anna Nicole Smith has finally received the toxicology results reporting the cause of death for her son, Daniel Smith. According to People,

The death of Anna Nicole Smith’s 20-year-old son Daniel was caused by a lethal combination of methadone, Zoloft and Lexapro, pathologist Dr. Cyril Wecht has revealed.
