Sean Penn slams journalism

Sean Penn has claimed US reporting is ‘insensitive,’ after submitting a 12,000 word article on Iranian elections for the San Francisco Chronicle. He said,

There’s a constant insensitivity. I watched journalists. They could only ever be seen by their subject as the person with a deadline. It’s ‘breaking news’, literally. By the time you get the news, you’ve broken it. You don’t get a chance to investigate stories. These journalists spend half the time in the internet cafe, filing a story.

This leads em to an important point. I would like the remote from the movie ‘Click.’ There is only a 5 minute window where I am in my room by myself until my roommate comes home and quite frankly, I need more than five minutes to really enjoy myself. I hate Deadlines! Candles, Porn, and some broken glass is what I need
