Britney Spears did nothing wrong

Britney Spears was recently attacked by the media again for endangering Sean Preston for positioning him in the car seat wrong in the backseat (pictured above). Although this is against the law in some states, Britney’s publicist said,

There is no law in California requiring rear-facing car seats

California Highway Patrol confirms that Britney did not break the law but they recommend a child who is under a year old and under 20 pounds to be placed in a rear-facing car seat.

Congratulations Britney! You didn’t break the law, but still managed to put your baby in harms way. It isn’t illegal if I smash my hand with a hammer, but it doesn’t mean its safe. Overall, Britney is falling fell apart as a mother and a pop-star. I could just imagine how she buckled Sean in the high chair seat when he fell a few weeks ago. “We don’t need to belt him in honey, its not illegal.”
