Second...Its not just Tara's outer beauty that got her the Miss USA title and 4th Runner up in Miss Universe!!! It is her strong, compassionate beautiful soul...She is absolutely wonderful. Tara and I cheeered together in high school...and I have got to say...you think she is beautiful in those pics...she's more beautiful once you get to know her!!!!
