Mariah Carey’s New Scent

[tag]Mariah Carey [/tag] is in the process of creating a new perfume. The pop singer has struck a deal with [tag]Elizabeth Arden[/tag] to launch a new perfume for 2007. Chairman of Elizabeth Arden, E. Scott Beattie, was quoted as saying,

She is, unquestionably, a star of incredible magnitude. All over the world, people aspire to the values she represents.

They are going to a make a perfume off a woman who complained that her Mercedes Maybach didn’t have big enough vanity mirrors. God help us. Beattie went on to say,

We look forward to launching an inspiring new global fragrance brand with Mariah that will be a timeless classic.

There are plenty of scents that turn your nose up but most of them aren’t worth bottling.
